Every time I go to this store I am greeted as I walk in by staff or Manager with a very genuine hello. The staff are Very helpful. Customer service is the most important thing in my opinion. If the prices are slightly higher I am sure they would price match. If I didn't have to price match for affordability I would shop at this store all the time. Being a pensioner I have to go where the specials are on. But I did get a nice suprise yesterday when I purchased the Greenie treats for my cats. They were a lot cheaper than other stores I have visited.

The team are always friendly and engaging. I went to use my $$s for cat stuff and they let me have the 'special' Cat Mate litter at the large size price (no large available) when I picked up 2x small bags which would have cost me more AND they lent me their store trolley so I could get all purchases to my car. We have been taking our Kelpie/Lab to Best Friends Vet for the past few years. We find the staff to be absolutely awesome! They give great advice and really care for our pup. From a complicated surgery to grass seeds in his ear, they have always done an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my dog Ollie has received at Best Friends Vet. When my dog was diagnosed with diabetes, I was overwhelmed with worry and uncertainty. From the very first visit, the entire team at Best Friends Vet has been nothing short of amazing. The team there took the time to thoroughly explain my dog's condition, the treatment options, and the steps we needed to take to manage his diabetes effectively. Their patience and willingness to answer all my questions made a world of difference. The compassion and kindness they show towards both pets and their owners are truly exceptional. The genuine concern and care for my dog's well-being was heartwarming and reassuring. Although no dog is a fan of the Vet ollie loved the team there and didn’t have a care in the world when I would drop him off for assessments. Thank you so much to the team!!!!
